Creative Concepting

For me, every successful journey, starts with a plan.

Although I love to go with the flow, building a brand, means working with vision, with numbers and details.

With over 18 years of working in retail, retail environments, styling and design I have a solid base to create commercial concepts.

Though the term Creative Concepting might sound a bit vague; it gives me the opportunity to think outside all the boxes.

All with one purpose:

To translate brand DNA into an interior design for all kinds of commercial spaces; stores, restaurants, gyms..

No matter how big or small your concept-challenge is, I am here to help you out.

P.s. Since a lot of my work covers the early stages of design, before excecution; it is often under embargo.. So therefore portfolio only on request.

Partnerships

I strongly believe in partnerships.

Therefore I often work together with long-term partners; carefully selected for each project.

It not only makes every project more fun, but together we all add our value into making the project not just good, but sublime!

The experience I have after working for both bigger and smaller brands, make me convinced that the base of a good concept always is the brand DNA.

Its essential to be able te create a good design.

A design that not only looks good, but also works, commercially and practically.

In my work , I am the curious type:

Asking you lots and lots of questions, to be convinced we both speak the same language and I really get to know you, your brand, your target group.

In this stage we translate the DNA into a concept:

Moodboards, Look and Feel, spacious studies and Materials.

This together is the base for the interior design.

This might be the most exciting part!

Making the concept come alive, by applying the concept to the actual space and into a real design.

As usual we will go from sketch - to preliminary - to final design; with as an end result a ready to go design to be excecuted!
